Chapter 3
In a matter of minutes, Kevin had Ella
out of her shirt and panting for more as he kissed her and explored
her with his hands. He managed to slowly back her up to the couch and
gave her a gentle shove down onto it. He knelt down on the floor in
front of her and resumed kissing her. She moaned into his mouth as
his fingers grazed over her tight nipples. Kevin groaned inwardly.
Her skin was so soft beneath his large hands. He couldn’t get
enough of her and he was determined to demonstrate just that.
Kevin broke his kiss as he slowly and
painstakingly unbuttoned her shorts. Ella laid her head back against
the couch completely breathless and nowhere near ready for it to end.
Kevin let his hand teasingly brush against her as he slowly undid the
zipper. He bent his head down and kissed her belly button, gently
swirling his tongue around it. In one swift and sudden motion, he
yanked her shorts off and threw them over his shoulder. Ella had
almost caught her breath from his last kiss when his lips claimed
hers once again. He tasted sweet as she gently teased his tongue as
he explored her mouth with it.
His hands reached around and unhooked
her bra, noticing the fine layer of sweat that was building up on her
skin. A sure sign of her arousal. She shrugged off the straps and
Kevin sent the garment flying across the room. He pulled her up
against him as he buried his face between her breasts and kissed her
valley. His hands found her breasts as he gently cupped each one, his
fingers rubbing over her nipples causing them harden beneath his hand
warm hands. Ella found herself gasping and moaning as he touched her.
Her skin felt like it was on fire and she was sure that if she hadn’t
already been drunk, she would have felt like it anyway by now.
She reached up and tugged his t-shirt
over his head, gasping as she ran her hands along his chest, feeling
his muscles react beneath her hands. Suddenly, Kevin stood up.
“What are you doing?” she
asked.
“I’m going to light the
lantern. I want to be able to see you. I want to see just how
beautiful you are for myself.”
Ella waited in frustration for him to
find the lighter and get the propane lantern going. When he returned
to his spot in front of her, she felt her chest tighten. He had such
an incredible look of desire in his eyes. It made her feel like this
wasn’t just about a night of drunken sex. It was about a night
of drunken sex with her. He didn’t just want sex. He
wanted her.
Kevin grabbed her leg and slowly began
kissing her ankle and working his way up at a painfully slow pace. He
went even slower when he reached her inner thigh. Ella knew where
this was going and she really wished he would stop taking his damn
time about it. When he reached the very top of her inner thigh, he
stopped and started all over again causing a moan of frustration to
escape from Ella. Kevin smiled, knowing that what he was doing was
the equivalent of pure torture. He also know she would thank him for
it later.
When he finally reached the top
of her thigh again, he grabbed the top of her black lace underwear
with his teeth and started slowly working them down. Ella was
resisting every urge to take maters into her own hands and literally
rip off her panties. Once he had them completely removed, he let his
eyes travel up her legs and get a good look at her.
He grinned as he took in the sight of
her most intimate spot. “Funny, I never pictured you as a
Brazilian type of girl.”
Ella smiled. “Well, I did live in
LA for several years.”
“You still don’t strike me
as the type…” he said, moving in to get a closer look.
Ella sighed. “Fine. I went in for
a routine bikini wax and the woman didn’t seem to speak any
English and this is what I ended up with. Happy now?”
“Actually, yes I am. I like it.”
He said, his breath quickening as he thought of all the things he
wanted to do to her tonight. “I mean I really like it.”
His face was now so close to her that she could feel his breath on
her as he spoke.
“Well then, why don’t you
show me just how much you really like it?” Ella said, grabbing
his head and pushing it until his mouth was right where she wanted
it. She held him there until she was sure he wasn’t going to
stop. Little did she know, this was only the beginning.
Kevin explored her very gently at
first. She tasted so good he couldn’t get enough of it. Hearing
her moans only drove him wilder. God, how he loved a woman with a
good moan! It always made him want to pleasure her and torture her
and make her moan until he was ready to give her what she wanted.
Ella could barely focus. Kevin was very
skilled with his tongue and she couldn’t stop moaning loudly.
Luckily, there was no one around to hear besides the random wildlife
in the woods.
Kevin threw her legs over his shoulders
and went in for the kill. He’d read about this trick in his
last issue of Maxim magazine and had been dying to see if it worked
or not. All it involved was licking the alphabet…backwards.
And judging by Ella’s moans, it was working wonders. Kristin
never let him do this to her, even though it was one of his favorite
things to do. He loved that Ella seemed to have no inhibitions about
it.
He realized just how well the
“alphabet” worked as he listened to Ella’s moans
increasing. He could feel her body start to tense up as her hips
began buckling. He picked up the intensity, wanting to push her over
the edge. He gently nibbled on her until he gave her the release she
was practically begging him for. He kept going, tasting her sweet
release in his mouth as he felt her body quiver beneath him. He
reached down to unzip his jeans, now feeling that they were way too
tight on his very hard member. And still he didn’t stop. He
gently continued to pleasure her, waiting for her to come down from
her high so that he could start to build her back up again. Judging
by her moans, it wasn’t taking long at all.
Ella could not believe how good he made
her feel. Granted it had been a very long time, but she couldn’t
remember it ever being that good.
“Kevin…..that
was….amazing….” she said, trying to catch her
breath.
“That was just the beginning.”
He said. He stood up and quickly removed the rest of his clothes
before laying down on the floor.
Ella’s eyes widened as she took
in the site of him completely nude before her. She wouldn’t
have needed any foreplay if she’d seen that image beforehand.
“Well, what are you waiting for?”
he grinned. “Get on!” He grabbed Ella’s hand and
pulled her down off of the couch. She straddled him and slowly sank
onto him. Kevin groaned loudly as he felt her warmth surround him.
Ella gasped at his size. He was
definitely well-endowed and she was practically re-virginized!
Kevin waited until he felt her relax.
He was well aware of his size and what it did to women if he wasn’t
careful. He groaned again when he felt Ella begin to move up and
down.
“Oh God Ella! You’re so
fucking tight!” he groaned.
“Maybe that’s because
you’re so fucking big!” she replied.
“Whatever it is, it feels
incredible!” he moaned.
He reached his hands up and placed them
on her hips.
“Ella…I don’t think
I have much longer before I lose control….”
“It’s ok. Do whatever you
need to!” Ella urged.
Kevin practically turned into an
animal. He moved her hips with his hands as he began to pound her
hard and fast. Ella was practically screaming with pleasure as he
shook her entire body.
“Yeah, you like that, don’t
you?” Kevin panted out.
“Ye….yeah….”
Kevin took his hand and reached down to
stimulate her clit. He wanted her to come with him. Ella responded
quickly to his touch and as soon as he felt her quiver, he lost it
completely. They both screamed out as their climaxes took over their
bodies. Ella collapsed onto his chest, breathless.
“Oh my God!” he said. “We
gotta do that again!”
“Uh-huh.” Ella said. “As
soon as you’re ready!”
Ella woke up the next morning with a
horrible headache, squinting at the sunlight. The last thing she
remembered was drinking all the rum at dinner. She assumed she
somehow made it to bed soon after and passed out. She heard Kevin up
making too much damn noise in the kitchen as she pulled the sheet
over her head to block the sunlight out. That’s when she
realized she was naked. Completely naked.
“Oh God.” She moaned.
Just then Kevin knocked lightly on the
door frame. Ella poked her head out from under the sheet with a
horrified look on her face.
“Morning.” He said,
awkwardly.
“Hey.” She said.
“I brought you some tea and
toast.” He said, setting the tray down next to her.
“Oh no…” she said,
getting a whiff of the toast. “I don’t think I can eat
that!”
“It’ll help, trust me.”
He said, sitting down on the bed beside her.
It was just then as Ella caught a whiff
of his musky, manly scent that she caught a flash of what she might
have been up to last night. She sat up quickly, keeping the sheet
wrapped tightly around her.
“Are you ok?” he asked.
“Uh….I have to ask you
something….did we…I mean…last night…did
we have….you know….it’s just….I’m
naked…..and we were drunk….and I don’t really
remember anything…..”
Kevin sighed and ran his hand through
his hair. He definitely remembered and thought it was a shame that
she didn’t. It was probably the best sex he’d ever had.
“Yeah, I’m afraid we did.” He finally admitted.
Ella sank back into her bed. “Oh
God!”
“I’m sorry, Ella.”
“Why are you sorry? Was I
consenting?”
“Of course!” Kevin said.
“Then it’s not your fault!”
The two sat there in an awkward silence
for a moment before Kevin stood up.
“Well, I’ll give you some
privacy. Make sure you eat that toast!”
Ella sat in bed eating her toast,
thinking about last night. It was fuzzy but it was coming back. Her
on the couch, them on the floor, them in the bed, them falling out of
bed and on the floor again. She remembered moaning a lot. She
certainly did enjoy herself. Part of her wished she hadn’t been
so drunk so she’d be able to remember it better.
She finally was brave enough to get out
of bed and decided to put on her swimsuit and go freshen herself up
in the stream. She made sure to put on her sunglasses before going
outside. Why did it have to be so sunny out today? She saw Kevin
lying in the hammock, also wearing sunglasses.
Kevin watched her walk down to the
stream, smiling to himself as he remembered the first time he saw
her, bathing naked in the stream. He’d certainly had a better
view of her last night. The awkward way she’d glanced at him
made him think she probably regained her memory of what had happened.
But there was one detail she probably didn’t remember and he
needed to talk to her about that.
Ella was exhausted by the time she got
back from the stream. She threw on some shorts and a t-shirt and
walked back outside to where Kevin lay in the hammock.
“Move over.” She mumbled.
“Huh?”
“Move over. I need to lie down
but I don’t want to go back to bed!”
Kevin smiled as he attempted to make
room for her beside him in the hammock.
“Stream didn’t help, huh?”
he asked.
“Not really. Helped my headache,
that’s about it.” She said, lying down next to him. Kevin
stretched out his arm under her head so she had something to lay on.
“Ella, there’s something I
think you should know. About last night.”
“There’s more?” she
groaned.
“Well, yes. I didn’t use…I
mean we didn’t….use any protection.” He admitted.
Ella smiled. How often could you find a
man honest enough to admit that?
“Do you have any diseases?”
she asked.
“No! Of course not!”
“Good. Me neither.” She
said.
“But aren’t you worried
about…I mean, what if you’re…pregnant or
something?”
“Trust me, I’m not but if I
were, it wouldn’t be the worst thing in the world.”
“How do you know you’re
not?”
“Because I’ve been on the
pill religiously for the last 3 years. I take it every morning.”
“Why are you on the pill if you
haven’t been with anyone?”
“Geez Kevin, there’s more
than one reason women take the pill! I take it to regulate my cycle
so that it’s more predictable.”
“Oh. Sorry.” He said.
“That’s ok.” Ella
said.
After that, the two didn’t talk
anymore and they were both soon lulled to sleep together in the
hammock.
Something pulled Kevin from his sleep a
few hours later. He smiled as he looked over and saw Ella curled up
against him, sound asleep and still stinking of booze. Then he
figured out what it was that woke him. Raindrops falling on his face.
He looked up at the sky and was shocked to find it was now dark black
except for the distant flashes of lightening. The rain was quickly
picking up speed and he knew at any moment the sky was going to open
up its floodgates.
“Ella! Wake up!” he said,
gently nudging her.
“Hmm?”
“Come on, we have to go inside,
it’s going to storm and I don’t want to be lying under
these tall tress when the lightening gets here!”
“Mmmm…” she moaned.
Kevin sighed. He climbed out of the
hammock and walked over and picked her up and carried her inside the
cabin. Once he had her lying down on the couch, tucked under a
blanket, he decided to go sit on the safety of the front porch and
watch the storm roll in. The heavy rain had already started to fall
and the thunder was getting closer and closer.
Ella woke up a bit confused as to why
she was on the couch until she heard the thunder. She smiled as she
realized Kevin must have brought her in here and tucked her in. She
couldn’t for the life of her figure out why she wasn’t
furious at him for what happened last night. She doubted he was more
intoxicated than she was. He certainly wasn’t nearly as hung
over. She had spent the last few days hating him just for being here
and now what? He was some kind of god because he gave her countless
orgasms? Ok…well, she supposed any woman would look at any man
who was capable of doing that as a god but still..this was Kevin!
They really knew next to nothing about each other. It was just a
lapse in judgment when two drunk people who hadn’t had so much
as a kiss in awhile turned to each other. Maybe he wasn’t
really that good. Maybe she was just that drunk and easy. Or maybe
she could find a way to do a re-test. In a more sober state. She
shook her head. He’d never go for that and neither should she.
She sighed. She just couldn’t get the image of him naked out of
her head.
Ella slowly got up, trying to keep the
room from spinning. The temperature had dropped significantly and she
wrapped the blanket around her shoulders and she stepped onto the
porch.
“Feel better yet?” Kevin
asked.
Ella smiled. “A little. Thanks
for bringing me in so I didn’t get soaked!”
Kevin chuckled. “It wasn’t
the rain, it was the lightening.”
“Oh I get it. So you were only
partly being a gentleman.”
“Something like that. Have a
seat.” He said, gesturing to the chair beside him.
Ella sat down and propped her feet up
on his leg.
“Comfy?” he asked, smiling.
“Yes, actually, I am.”
“Look, Ella, I’m sorry
about last night.”
“Are you?”
“Yeah, I guess. I mean, it’s
certainly not the way I’d normally behave.”
“And how would you normally
behave?”
“When I meet a pretty lady, I
like to get to know her. Take her out on the town, spoil her with
flowers. I like to make the first time special and romantic. Not
drunken and dirty.”
“Aww. You think I’m
pretty!” Ella teased. She could have sworn she saw Kevin blush
before he turned away.
“Let me ask you something Kevin.
Did you enjoy it?”
“Did you?”
Ella bit back a smile. “From what
I remember, I enjoyed every single minute of it. If I wasn’t
worried about inflating your ego even more than it already is, I’d
even go as far as to say it was the best I’ve ever had.”
Kevin nodded. “I definitely
enjoyed myself, but that doesn’t make it right.”
“Maybe not but I don’t
think it makes it wrong either. We were both consenting adults, well
as much as we could be in our state, and I think it was something we
both needed. I don’t think you should be sorry, because I’m
not. Truthfully, I’m pretty damn grateful.”
“Grateful, huh?”
Ella nodded.
“So, just how hot was it for
you?” he asked, with an evil grin on his face.
“Uh..I…umm…”
Ella stammered, clearly embarrassed.
Just then there was a loud clap of
thunder that startled them both.
“Saved by the thunder.”
Kevin said.
“Thank God!” Ella said,
under her breath.
Kevin didn’t mind, he already had
his answer.
Ella went to bed early that night,
still exhausted and still hung-over. Kevin suspected she wasn’t
much of a party girl as he himself was feeling much better. Something
she had said to him earlier really had him thinking.
”What if you’re
pregnant?” he had asked her.
“It wouldn’t be the
worst thing in the world…” she had answered.
It sure seemed like it would have been
to Kristin and they were married! And here was Ella, claiming she
wouldn’t even have blinked. Ok, maybe that was just an
understatement because she knew she wouldn’t be pregnant. Maybe
he was too jaded from his marriage where even though his wife was
still on the pill, he was still required to wear a condom just in
case. In case what? She was the .001% of women that got pregnant
while correctly taking the pill? In case either one of them was
unfaithful and had a disease? He had tried to reason with her that if
God wanted to give them a baby there was nothing they could do about
it. Kristin always did like a challenge. She decided God was just
going to have to work harder to do it.
This train of thought led Kevin to
think about things he’d been trying to avoid for some time now.
His marriage had worked so well for years. But their lives were
anything but typical. Priorities changed. Careers changed. He was
tired of faulting her for no longer wanting the same things he did. A
part of him still loved her, a part of him always would but he had to
make the decision here and now to move on with his life. No more
wallowing in his own pity. He was better than that. If she didn’t
want him, she didn’t want him. He’d move out of LA back
to his farm and he’d decorate it however he wanted. He’d
take whatever job he wanted, and whenever he felt ready, he’d
date whoever he wanted.
He decided he wanted someone with
Ella’s family values minus her attitude. Granted they had gone
a whole day without a single fight but he was sure it was only
because she was weakened from the alcohol. A relationship with
someone like her would never work out. But the sex sure was good…..
Kevin was surprised how much time he’d spent re-living his
marriage and saying goodbye to it. It was already after midnight. He
decided tonight might not be the best of nights to try and takeover
the big bed again with Ella already sleeping in it. He tried to go up
into the loft but the rain earlier in the day only made everything
hotter. He settled for curling up on the small sofa in a t-shirt and
boxers.
The rest of Kevin and Ella’s time
together at the cabin was very uneventful. Ella did regain her
attitude and although they still got into stupid arguments, they were
somehow different. It was as if they both found them somewhat
arousing instead of irritating. They never brought up their night
together, each of them pretending like it never happened but each
both secretly wishing they could do it again. They hugged each other
awkwardly when they left the cabin. They wished each other luck but
didn’t exchange e-mails or phone numbers. Ella figured she’d
probably never see him again but she didn’t want to be the one
to ask to keep in touch.
Something had happened to both of them
at that cabin. Whether it was the fresh Maine air or the dirty sex,
they had both changed. Both left that cabin ready to fight to get
their lives back on track.
Ella had made up her mind to go back to
LA and fight like hell for her program. Just because she had lost one
battle did not mean she should give up on those kids. She sat down
one night and made a list of things she was going to try to get
funding. Kevin was going back to LA to tie up his lose ends and plan
his next move. He met with his business manager the very next day
after he got back.
“Scott, tell me what it is you
think I should do with myself.” He said.
“Kevin, I think you need to take
a break before venturing onto your next big project. Maybe take some
time and give something back. Start another charity or work for one.
Give yourself some time.”
Kevin thought this over for a moment.
“How about setting up a foundation to fund after school music
programs for talented inner-city kids?”
“You want to set up a program?
That’s a great idea!”
Kevin shook his head. “They don’t
need more programs right now, they need more money to run them. Let’s
start a foundation to raise money and allocate it to different
programs in the city. We can try to get other celebrities and
musicians involved to make our face more public.”
Kevin and Scott worked for a few more
hours outlining the major details as well as a timeline. They decided
that in a week they wanted to have others on board and release a
press statement and open the doors for applicants. Kevin didn’t
want to be the spokesperson. He knew he was popular enough to be
recognized but he wanted someone with more sway over the Hollywood
scene to do it. Somehow, his agent miraculously signed on George
Clooney of all people. George always had a way of rallying people
around him. Kevin was so excited about the project that he almost
didn’t want to leave it to go back to his farm in Kentucky.
He’d still be working on it from there but he decided to be
more of a silent partner. He set everything up, selected a board to
run it since actors and musicians really didn’t have the time
to deal with all the details, and got the first press release out to
the media.
Ella was pouring over yet another grand
application when her phone rang.
“Probably another bill
collector.” She mumbled as she let the machine get it.
“Ella! It’s Libby. Hey, I
saw something on the news I think you should see. I’ll e-mail
you a link to the news story.”
Ella smiled. Libby was always sending
her odd stories and she could only imagine what this one might be.
She’d known Libby since she moved to LA. They used to be
neighbors and Libby showed Ella the ways of the city. They’ve
remained friends even though Libby had since gotten married and moved
to Beverly Hills, of all places.
Ella logged onto her computer and found
the e-mail awaiting her. She clicked the link and watched the story.
It was a video of George Clooney unveiling the Hear The Music
Foundation, an organization set up to provide funding to music
programs in need in order to keep kids involved in music and arts
programs and allow all children the opportunity to learn. Her jaw
dropped. It was just what she had been waiting for. She did a google
search and found their website, still under construction but
providing her enough information to tell her how to apply her program
and what they were looking for. She stayed up all night filling out
all the needed forms and even writing an extra essay on why her
program deserved to be saved outlining the successes of her students
and their strong passions to be able to keep learning. It wasn’t
required but she felt that a more personal touch might enhance her
chances. First thing in the morning she had it messengered over to
the address on the form. She wanted hers to be one of the first
applications they got, and it was.
